Everyone is welcome at the museums. We are committed to making the collection, buildings, and programs accessible to all audiences. If you have questions about access, please call 503-325-2203 Monday–Friday between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM PST or send us an email to access@astoriamuseums.org.

Each of the museums is housed in an historic building and requires the ability to climb stairs for touring. However, the Exchange Street entrance to the Heritage Museum has a ramp to accommodate wheelchairs, and strollers and an elevator provides access to galleries and public areas.

Photographic tours of the house are available for our visitors unable to climb stairs. Videos are closed-captioned for the enjoyment of hearing-impaired visitors.

When identified, service dogs are permitted throughout the museums; however, therapy dogs and animal companions are not.
