SERVICE ANIMALS
When identified, service dogs are permitted throughout the museums; however, therapy dogs and animal companions are not.
CELL PHONES
Please be courteous of other visitors when using cell phones in the museums. Silent use, such as text messaging, is permitted throughout the building. If you have to make or take a call, please exit the building where possible. Do not use the phone in speaker mode.
BAG POLICIES
Backpacks, large bags, large umbrellas, and other large items are not permitted in the museums to ensure the safety of the collections. Valuables, such as computers, cameras, credit cards, cash, phones, purses, etc., should remain with visitors at all times.

FOOD & DRINK
Food or drink is not permitted in the museums.
SMOKING
Smoking and the use of tobacco products is strictly prohibited in the Museums. This includes the use of electronic cigarettes.
PHOTOGRAPHY
Photography for personal use is permitted in the museums, but, please, no flash photography. Due to safety concerns, tripods are not allowed. Photographs cannot be published, sold, reproduced, or distributed commercially. STROLLERS
Compact strollers are permitted in the museums. Strollers are allowed on the first floor of the Flavel House Museum. They may be left on the first floor while visitors tour the second floor of the house.
